Player Responsibilities under the CONGU Unified Handicapping System 2012 – 2015
Singles Handicap Qualifying Competitions
Competitors are required under the CONGU unified handicapping system to return all competition scorecards and enter the scores in the computer in all handicap qualifying competitions. This requirement must be fulfilled irrespective of whether the card is complete or incomplete (e.g. no returns for a number of holes etc.).
